On Sunday, December 4th, 2022, the clergy and faithful of Holy Ascension Church celebrated the Feast of the Entry of the Most Holy Theotokos into the Temple. It is a day when parents make a special effort to bring their children to church and to receive Holy Communion, while emulating the Holy and Righteous Ancestors of God Joakim and Anna, who gave their Holy Daughter to the Temple for Her spiritual and Divine upbringing.. The teachers and pupils of the parish church school did the same. Afterward, the Sisterhood prepared a wonderful dinner in the church hall.
